1.1.3 jailbreak help

ok, i have jailbroken 1.1.2, and went to 1.1.3, and then i had to restore and now im on Apples 1.1.3
i tryed to do this guide
http://http://planet-iphones.com/forums/index.php?topic=663.0 but it says that 1.1.3 backups are not compatible when i was trying to restore my phone....so how can i get around this or a diff. way to jailbreak ?

please help, i miss having a jaibroke phone

it says i have 2 make it a new number...but att charges you for that doesn't it ?

Everybody runs into this error. I found a simple fix.

1) Go into iTunes' Preferences.
2) Click on the 'iPhone' tab.
3) In the large box, click your backup.
4) Click 'Remove Backup'.
5) Re-dock iPhone.
6) Done.

so I remove the back up, then I can continue the jailbreak? Will I have to put my contacts back in my phone myself? Or can I pick the backup later?

Hi, I recommend finding a Tutorial in this forum that suits you and following it. If you run into any problems, ask for help within that thread.

As it stands we have little information to go off of, and asking you to give us some background details takes away from the tutorial threads where the problems-and-solutions posts are better kept.

I just wana make sure if I do the part were I have to do a new phone its not gona charge me for it or if I will be able to restore later

you wont be charged a penny... 100% sure.... and you will lose contacts
