Apple replaced my original iPhone 5 about 2 weeks ago due to very poor voice. Everything sounded garbled and getting dropped calls.

This new one is not any better. I even had the sim card replaced by att and still not better.

Should I try for a third or is there something else I can try?

thanks

Is this with a 'naked' iPhone? No case, etc... In a good reception area?
This is a naked phone and in a good reception area. My wives 4s usually gets 3 bars and my 5 gets 1 or at most 2.
Ongoing saga....got my 3rd iPhone 5 yesterday from Apple store and it isn't any different. Still getting garble and dropped calls. The Apple techs just swap the phone out. Maybe there is a problem with voice but Apple will never know cause they just swap them out.

Don't really know what to do at this point. Had iPhones since the 2 and hate to leave over this issue but I do need a dependable voice device . Possibly consider Samsung.

Any suggestions appreciated

thanks

Sounds like it could be a carrier issue, not the phone. I'm no Apple tech, but I find it hard to believe that you would have the exact same issue with three different phones...
