3.0 messed up my iTunes login on the phone!

Ok so I tried to update some apps on my phone and when I enter my password it says incorrect password please try again. I know I'm typing it in right and have tried several times. The only way I can get it to work is hook it up to my computer and sync with iTunes. But after I download/update just one app it does it to me again. Anyone have any ideas as to what can fix this? Thanks!

Do you have multiple users (emails) signed into your desktop iTunes? Possibly another email got set up on your phone? This happened to my wife.

Go to Settings--Store and see if your email account is set up. If not, Sign Out and put in the correct one.

I only have one account set up on my desktop iTunes. And my username comes up correct on the password screen on the phone when I go to download an app. It did this to me once when I was on 2.2.1 and then I hooked it up to my desktop and that fixed it for good. But ever since I updated to 3.0 it's been every time I download something.
