Do they exist? If so, do they allow transfer of sound in addition to charging?

I couldn't find any on Amazon, just micro USB adapters.
I've never seen one. Let us know what you're trying to achieve and we might be able to come up with an alternative cable. But even the Apple adapters don't always pass audio. It depends on the accessory. My Apple adapters charge and pass audio with every accessory I've tested them with, but a lot of other people have had mixed results.

What I mentioned in the Bumper thread. The original lightning to USB fits my bumper but the 0.2 adapter doesn't.

Oh, okay. So it sounds like all you need to do is cut a little plastic off the adapter that you already have.
I might not. I might just use a Bluetooth adapter and stream music to my SoundDock. I need to test it with a new alarm clock app too. The Apple clock app doesn't sent the alarm to a Bose Sounddock. CableJive tested this for me with their dockboss air.
