Activation question?

When I start going through the activation, can you specify when you want the bill to come? I want the bill to come on/after the 15th of each month. However I was thinking I wouldn't be able to activate it till next week when it was actually the 15th.

They don't give you that choice, but I aint sure when you activate makes a difference on your billing date.

Are you already an ATT customer? .. If you are then the bill will come on the same date as your existing billing cycle.

I'm currently on Tmobile.

I have a home phone but it's under my gf's name since she only uses it to call Japan. We use cellphones for everything else.
