Not sure if this has been talked about here but is there anyway to get the Android operating system on the iPhone?

Not that I am aware of.
Why would you want to?

I think its possible. iPhone runs on OS X which is Unix based. No one has tried it though because that would be like putting a 4 banger under the hood of a Ferrari.

To the OP, what do you think is better about Android?

I would but AT&T does not have a Android phone.

I really like the interface of Android as well, but the browser is BAD... Nothing compares to the iPhone browser and multi-touch.

I think in the future Android will be a superior OS though, if Apple doesn't start allowing more customizing of the phone and allow wallpaper, true widget support, custom unlocking, etc... The black background with apps is getting very old. (Which leads me to my next new post)...
