I read online that Iboot allows you to install Android operating system on iPhone but nothing about doing so on ipad ...
Anyone has an idea how is it doable ?
i know the galaxy tab allows you to make phone calls using the tablet, so i was thinking about installing their operating system on my ipad and use it as a phone as well
reviews , advices and comments are welcomed.
    Thanks

Sounds like it never got iPad support. As far as I know, they only had support for the first and second generation iPhones, and it was kinda buggy and hasn't been updated for a long time.

Aside from using something like Skype, wouldn't your iPad need to have the necessary hardware on board to make cellular calls?

The iDroid project is dead, unfortunately. I liked the idea of installing more than one OS on a mobile device, I just hope they try again.
