Hey all, Wondering if any of you do yoga? What's your experience been with it? Why do you keep doing it? I just started up Beachbody's "3 week yoga retreat": https://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/3-week-yoga-retreat-beginners.do ...and I think I'm starting to get the appeal as an exercise, but I'm not getting anything like, spiritual out of it like some people seem to. So what about you? Is it something you like for exercise/health or do you get something more personal out of it?
