I have installed the above-mentioned security update, and I've noticed that for whatever reason, it is not appearing under "Updates Installed in the Last 30 Days." Is this a known issue? Are Security Update supposed to show there? I can't recall right now whether the Security Update was listed after installation last time I performed one.

Apple continues patching what appears to be an endless supply of security holes in what it touts as the "World's Most Advanced Desktop Operating System" with today's Security Update 2015-003, the contents of which are as follows.

This one, unfortunately, requires a restart.

Unlike the previous Security Update that I installed (see post #2), this one does show up in my list of "Updates Installed in the Last 30 Days."

Tsk, tsk, Apple. Such erratic behavior from your OS X updates.

Guilty! :) Since I'd posted thumbnail directions only two posts earlier in this thread, I had to do it on this post to maintain some level of consistency in the thread. But I'm no longer doing it for new threads. I believe elsewhere on eiC I've already posted a thumbnail sans directions for expanding.

I noticed that, but then I saw you do it today and thought you had rescinded.
