It's too late to go back to iOS 8.4. Apple is no longer signing it. iOS 8.4.1 is it.

You can't restore to a firmware version after the signing window closes. This is important for jailbreakers because if we restore in iTunes right now, we won't be able to jailbreak afterwards. Use Cydia Impactor to remove the jailbreak and stay on your current firmware if you're having any problems.
