I hear all these great stories of Apple employees being nice enough to allow returns for many iPhones with many different issues. Has anyone ever been denied from a return? Either being over the 14 day limit or not a good enough reason. Mine is over the 14 day (since launch) with some dead pixels, u think i can return it? Tell me some stories ;)

Scratch on bezel caused by Belkin acrylic case. Returned to Apple store with no questions asked, also they let me pay the difference for an upgrade.. I’d recommend calling before hand and speaking to a manager, so when you get there the process will be a seamless as possible.
