ATT has such a lack of CS skill when I have a problem. I do not recommend their service to persons I know any more. The run around that I got for almost 12 hours has ended. I told, almost demanded, not even asked that they delete my online account. I began a new one, solved the problem, 4 persons, 7 hours later. I asked the jerk at 7am to delete the account. ATT's needs CUSTOMER SERVICE retraining.
