Are you getting the 5S, or waiting for the 6?

What are you initial thoughts about the 5s? Would you like it to have a fingerprint sensor? Would you get a model of the 5S in a color other than black or white? If so, what color?

I get what ever is next
I can't wait for a new iPhone actually .
My 5 has been glitchy and at times I miss the 4s
I need faster of course and better camera (I always ask for that LOL)
Hopefully the earphone jack is moving up again.
Most of my wishes are rather OS then hardware

I think they'll push colors to the low end, once again putting that model in big demand. The iPad mini is thin, small - doesn't have the specs of the iPad 4. They'll do something similar with the low-cost iPhone. Brilliant colors, lower specs than the iPhone 5S. It will sell like crazy.

I'm in no matter what, but I'd love to see improvements to the already fantastic camera.

BTW, thanks for kicking off the new iPhone 5S forum.

I may wait for the iPhone 6. I don't want to give up my jailbreak that soon if it comes out in July. Also, what if they were to also come out with the iPhone 6 before the Holidays?

How in the heck can you say whether you're going to get it or not, not knowing what it's going to include! Geez. Come on!

I'll update either way. Can't see any reason not to with AT&T and partial subsidy. It's only $150 out of pocket for a 32 GB after selling the old one for about $400 . If you keep your old phone, you're using old technology for the whole year and still have to pay about $100 out of pocket after selling your two-year-old phone. The speed and camera improvements alone with each new phone are worth the $50 difference when you don't wait, IMO.

I agree with your logic and financial analysis. Since I have had everyone, I will get the next one. I guess I just don't see the point of the thread.

I think the headphone jack will remain at the bottom unconditionally

I wasn't even thinking of a low end model phone ?
What makes sense seeing that about over half of sons school mates (6th grade) got iPhones (mostly 4s) for Christmas. Then color makes sense too.
What I wonder is ? If there is a low end phone what would keep Apple from raising the price of the regular iPhone ?
