If you turn the Autolock feature to never can it burn the picture into the screen or harm it in any way?

Thanks for the support!

I've actually wondered this myself but I doubt that it will have any noticeable lasting effect on the screen. I think LCD screens are pretty safe when it comes to burn ins. You might notice image persistence which can be cleared by displaying a white screen for 15-20 minutes if it does get that bad.

Thanks for the input, I figured the same with newer technology. :)

With the new update I don't even need to keep it off auto-lock for anything.

On my v1 and my 3G sometimes i would forget to lock my phone when i went to sleep and would sleep for 10-12 hours if not longer with no burn ins (Drunk sleep). I wouldn't worry about it it's not like a old plasma. Lcd dosent have thoes burn in problems like the old plasmas do.

I keep my auto lock to never... I hate it shutting off on me.

I usually remember to turn it off, but I have never noticed any I'll-effects apart from draining the battery.

id be more worried of the battery draining than anything else with you leaving the screen on... and i don't believe lcds have this problem anyways..

I actually might go ahead and turn the auto lock off. Usually I lock it before the auto lock anyway but sometimes it does get annoying if it turns off on me.
