You can plugin the Automatic in any car and use the free app to get critical information about your vehicle.

It's awesome to have some feedback as to how you're driving. Too fast accelerations, too quick to break & driving over 70 mph gives you audible beep warnings (they can be muted) & effect your weekly "score." It keeps track of weekly mpg and gives you a weekly approximation of fuel cost based on your location. GPS location for remembering where you parked. Feature will come that if your in an accident, it will call 911 and up to three emergency contacts. Finally the check engine code is awesome...worth the price of it alone, IMO. It tells you what the code is for, possible fixes and gives directions to the nearest garage if needed. You can even clear the code with your phone.

All in all, I love making my car "smarter" with Automatic. Great peace of mind (especially since I work on my cars, but not a mechanic) and great feedback to increase mpg.

Wow! Great for you! The Journey is a family car & all we drive is in traffic. When we go on trips, we get up to 24-26 MPG. It's what we have. :)

Engine size, driving habits, city vs highway/interstate blah blah blah all factor into MPG too, but you know that...

My 50cc Vespa could do 150MPG. I win. All downhill too!

Gotta admit thou, from my town to Palermo it's 11 miles all down hill, the strategy was to lean forward and let gravity do it's thing.

What's the mileage on the return trip, since it's all uphill? Or is it downhill both ways? LOL

My Vespa didn't go uphill, only down. That's why it was so good on gas.

I used a sail hahaha dude I'm serious, it didn't go uphill. I would get a ride, I would hold on the back of this, usually a friend, and get towed.

I wonder if the police can use this data against you in case of a ticket or accident...orrrr if you can use this in court for your own defense?
