Hello,
Is there any best health app to sync with health featured app on iOS 8 for iPhone 5?
One of my friend has iPhone 5S and he said he got all data in health featured app on ios8 because 5S has motion recognition sensor ? It is true that iPhone 5S has got it but 5 does not?

There was a bug in healthbook, so all apps that integrated with it have been pulled from the app store. Apparently they're working on an update to fix it in a month or so.

You asked for apps. Third party apps that work with Healthkit have not been released because of the bug mentioned. Apple's stock Health app is a completely different story.
Okay. But may i know how did he got data from 12th Sept?

This information is gathered by the M8 motion coprocessor. I bet if you download an app that counts steps, it too would have a bit of a backlog step data.
So how would it work on my iphone 5 ?

I think perhaps the M7 just assists the A7, offloading those responsibilities. I'm not surprised that your iPhone 5 is capturing and storing data. Try downloading this app Moves and see if it accesses that data.
