Ok i have a broken screen and the only way i know of to get it fixed is to pay Apple 250$ and Apple gives you a new iPhone. My question is if i pay Apple 250$ when the new iPhone 2 comes out will Apple give me a iPhone 2 for my broken iPhone 1? If anyone knows of a way to get around paying 250$ to Apple let me know.

I would really doubt that they would "exchange" your V1 for a V2 for the current price of 250. It will be for another v1 phone.
there is a lot of speculation that AT&T will subsidize the new iPhone and cover half the suspected price of 399. If that turns out to be true, it would be cheaper to go to the AT&T store and buy the new v2 phone when they are released.

I Hope that is true cause i really do not want to pay full price. I figured I'll sell my iPhone for 150 and just put the rest in cause i don't mind upgrading to At&T till 2011, i don't plan on leaving them anyway.

I agree with Hawk. I doubt they would replace your v1 with a v2 especially if they still have v1 iPhones in stock. Also, it wouldn't be advisable to fix the screen for $250, then sell the iPhone for $150 (or however much you can get) because then you're still out $100 plus the cost of the new iPhone. Hopefully the subsidized iPhones rumors are true.
