Due to countless requests, we have opened up the marketplace for individuals who would like to sell their iPhones, iPods, etc. That being said, we do not monitor and we are not responsible for transactions that go bad in this forum.

Please use caution if you decide to purchase something from a member here at EIC.

Anyone who is found to be selling bulk items will be removed permanently from this site.

Commercial establishments are not allowed to post in the marketplace.

Thank you. I know I've been asking for this. I'd rather sell to people I "know" than other places.

Should have minimum post count to sell and require a picture of the item and the seller name in the picture somewhere

I think the name in the picture is already required for selling items.
These are the rules:
This section has been created so that individuals can buy, sell and swap related products. There are rules regarding this section for posting:
Must be an individual. Corporations or individuals selling bulk products are strictly prohibited.
Everything iPhone cannot be held liable for transactions that occur in this section. Buyer Beware! Not everyone is on the up and up. Be careful when entering into a transaction.
• Absolutely no discussion or sales of unlocking codes, software or related products.
• No linking to eBay auctions

• No free iPhone scams
• No selling of Apple credits or gift cards.
• No sales of "unlocked" phones

NOTE: Failure to comply with the above rules will result in the removal of your post and possible loss of site privileges.

If you have any questions about this policy, please post PRIOR to either posting or engaging in any transaction. Again, Everything iPhone cannot be held liable for transactions that occur in this section.
I don't see where it says that the name has to be in the photo... doesn't even say it requires a photo. :(

We have many members (newer or older) selling their iPhones due to the new release
I feel we should have a thread where we can list a feedback about a sale made at EIC
