Okay, I'm an Administrative Assistant, and I need an application that I can manage off my iPhone and share her calendar with her. Basically, I book all her appointments, meetings, flights, vacations, etc. She is going to get an iPhone too but we need an application that with one click she can view her calendar that I created, so you can say we share it I guess. If you know of anything please let me know; we don't care if we have to buy the applications or I they are free.

Thanks in advance

Me and my girlfriend use Cozi, it's free on the app store and so is the desktop client.

That looks like a nice app. I'm gonna give it a shot as well.
yeah, it's a good app, updates really fast, it has ads on it but once again, it's free.

I love cozi. My parents travel and they are able to input surf as well. You can import your google cal as well.

The caffeine made me do it. My iPhone lets me do it efficiently. ;)

Yes. It's like having 1 calendar that when you enter something on it, she can see it on her device as well. There is also a desktop version that will show the same items. You log in and there is the shared calendar.
I just started using it and really like it. They also send you an email with the upcoming weeks calendar, which I thought was pretty cool.

It's pretty straightforward and easy to use, I only wish I could get rid of the damn ads on it.

I just started using it, an you can get rid of the ads but it will cost $4.99 a month. You have to log in on Cozi.con an give them a credit card number and pay every month for no ads

Yeah the ads don't bother me at that price. If it was a one time fee for no ads, I would pay it as long as it is not a crazy price

Like Benny said, I like the ads. $5 a month? Really? Geeez....
