Can my phone be repaired by just replacing the glass screen?

I have an iPhone 5S
-The entire glass screen is fractionally popped out, as in not secured to the entire phone.
- there are vertical colorful lines along the screen
- there is a big black ink-looking spot on the screen
- the touch screen works unreliably
- a small maybe 3cm piece of the glass fell off
-there are two cracks down the screen

My question is given the issues listed above, will they all be fixed if the screen is replaced?

From what you've listed, these are all display/screen related problems. The Apple Store will replace your display for $125. I'd recommend bringing it in and asking them. I think asking them if I spend $125, will my iPhone 5s be fixed, is a valid question. If they say yes, it's worth the investment. At worst, I can't see them charging you if it's not fixed. Is the phone even usable? My only concern is they attempt to fix it and render the phone completely unusable. Again, good question for a Genius bar attendant.

It's free to schedule an appointment and receive a consultation on your options.

The phone still turns on and off, charges, and I can use it with A LOT of patience given that the touch screen works, just terribly. This has been super helpful though! I'll bring it in for a fix thanks :)
