When I plug my iPhone into my PC, It shows up in 'my computer'. If I click on that, it shows me the memory amount, when I click on that it only shows me the DCIM files. How do I get the rest of the memory contents to show up?
    Thanks
    Miki

Are there any different options depending on what type of files the OP wants?

If you want system files, you need to be jailbroken and use programs like ifile.

Yes. The OP might just want to access media downloaded though apps like Media Burner or Downloads, in which case they can find it iTunes under the Applications tab.
