Can't connect to App Store, can find it on find my iPhone

    Kids iPad mini has some big problems.

    Can't connect to App Store, iTunes or basically anything to do with Apple. It just says "cannot connect to iTunes".

    iMessage won't work, no face time.

    I've tried logging out then back in, but it says my username or password are incorrect. Which if course, are correct and work fine on all our other iPhones and iPods.

    I've reset network settings, hard reset, soft reset, connected to iTunes via computer, everything except restoring the iPad.

    Very frustrating to say the least.

    Any ideas?

    Have you tried this?
    Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

    Yes.

    Tried that as well.

    Noticed one other strange thing too.

    Can't log in to google anymore. It says I need to enable cookies. They are enabled though. Always have been. I've turned them off then back on then to "from visited" where it was originally.

    Are you backed up? I'd restore as new. Than reload backup.

    Unfortunately, the only backup is from when I just hooked it up to try to get it working. There's no backup of when it was working fine.

    So frustrating!

    No idea why it how this sort of thing happens...
