Not to state the obvious but it is probably better if you simply call your carrier and ask them. You didn't even tell us what carrier you ordered with so it will be hard for anyone on a forum to tell you the answer.

Just like stated above, you'd need to contact your carrier. They would need to cancel the order and reorder the new one. Or you can wait till you get the phone and exchange it.
