I have a MacBook that I want to connect to my old TV. The TV has the three red, white and yellow jacks. Is there a way to connect the two?

Yes. I'm guessing by your signature you have the aluminum macbook with the minidisplay port?

They do make minidisplay adapter for such things, though I'm only aware of the minidisplay to s-video.

There is an adapter kind of like this one http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9208494&type=product&id=1218059403844 that you have to buy. One end is the A/V/R (yellow, white, red) and the other end is a USB and some others I think. You can use it on iPods, iPhones, and MacBooks. The one I am talking about costs around $49 or $59.

EDIT - I found what you're looking for, thanks to iCafe.

Get the Apple composite av cable

Plug it into the brain of your avic
now you can watch youtube videos and ipod videos on your avic
and if you jailbreak you can d/l screensplitr and see everything on your iPhone on you can see everything screen
