Converting Movies from Limewire to iTunes

It should work too

I can still export them to iPod on my Mac (Quicktime Pro has to be upgraded with Fip4mac to play and use .wmv files), but I have a feeling you're on a PC. I know Quicktime for Windows can do the same, without having to be upgraded.

If you have Toast 8, assuming you're on a mac, you can convert your wmv or other video formats to videos for your iPhone. Just load the video files and click export. I do have Flip4Mac for Quicktime which might be the reason this is possible...
