So what do you think if I order a custom Element Sector 5 case that looks like this...All Silver and Black. I actually wouldn't use the back place but there is a pic anyway!

It's going to look almost identical to the silver Carbon fiber edition Sector 5. Since you aren't going to use the backplate, the only difference will be the laser engraving on the side and that it has an inside side rubber grip piece instead of a black carbon fiber rash gurad. I'll post a link to pics of mine. I'm currently using a custom made blue Sector 5, but I like the carbon fiber a little better, I think.

Yep saw that Mindi. I like it but it's even $15 more because of the carbon fiber back I guess.

So, does that mean you like it?

BTW I was going to call them and ask if their 30 day money back guarantee is valid on a custom case. My only hesitation is the call reception. I know you said you've never had any signal degradation with the Element case but where I live... ummm...you never know. I use the AT&T MicroCell. Without it i get almost no 3G reception at my house.

Chris, I agree it would look good on a white phone but I don't have a white phone.

I like it. However, I would recommend the custom case over the CF version since it's cheaper and you don't need the carbon fiber backplate. I can assure you that the call reception is not affected. That hasn't been an issue since the 2010 Element cases.

looks like a Armor, so cool, but i do not like the design, seems too heavy to hold.
The weight is barely noticeable. Aluminum is very light and the iPhone 5 is very thin as is. I love the look. My only complaint is that it isn't very comfortable to hold single-handedly for extended periods because of the protrusion in the lower right corner and the sharp edges.

Element cases are tight. I had one for about a year and really liked it. These guys on Kickstarter are making a similar case they're called arsenal the case is recon
