Is this new in 1.1.2? My buddy just pointed out that you can do the "finger swipe to delete" trick to remove videos from the iPhone while in the Ipod section. Only seems to work for videos. Is this a harbinger (look it up) for disk mode?

And what does a blue dot next to the thumbnail of a video on the iPhone indicate?

i know that the blue dot means that you have not seen the video since you synced it ... that is what it seems to be for me [hope im right]

That's what I thought too, but I watch it and the dot is still there. Does it go away on the next sync?

That option to delete has always been there. Sorry, it's no indicator of things to come (I looked it up :))

Like the other guy said, it means it's a new video after a sync. It goes away after you've viewed some of it. I don't know what the exact time is, but its more than a few seconds.

Yeah I know they had disabled the feature on one of the updates (or at least a lot of people thought they did) because too many people were accidentally deleting the movies off of the iPhone and freaking out about it.
