I have my passcode turned off on my iPhone and iPad. When I updated the iOS just now on the iPad, it prompted me for the passcode from my iPhone. I haven't used it in forever so had to locate it in my files. I would like to completely get rid of the passcode, and if I ever want one again, I could put in a new one. Is there a way to delete a passcode, once one has been entered?

Go to Settings/Touch ID & Passcode and change it there.

Thank you. I know I can change it there. I was hoping there was a way I could delete the passcode altogether.
