How do you delete songs from the iPhone 4? Do I have to connect to iTunes or can I do it directly on the phone. Thanks

If you've updated to IOS 5 on your iPhone 4 already, in the iPod/Music app, pick the song you are trying to delete and swipe to the right and hit the "delete" button.

Thanks. But I believe you can also cancel songs directly off your iPhone.

Thanks. Swipe right & hit delete. Does it matter whether you're in Song, Artists, Albums, etc? A couple of times I tried it and the delete button didn't come up.

Yw. Best If your in Songs....or on the Album of the Artist itself....then proceeding to the track list and making the change from there.

-Although it should work in whatever selection your in, I just do it from songs cause it's easier.
