Did you notice how snappy the iPhone is on the commercials?

My iPhone is freaking slow, buggy, and it crashes and locks up on an hourly basis. If I go to the Apple store and complain, they point to my 6 pages of apps and tell me, "you have too many apps, of course it's going to be slow."

The iPhone in this commercial
has 8 pages of apps, yet everything pops up in an instant! Of course through most of the commercial they are using some clever editing to make it appear that the apps are popping up instantly.

Isn't this false advertising?

No.

You've already made this thread. See here.

Do we really need that type of thread again? Just look where the last one went.

Someone already tried to sue Apple for this "false advertising".... they lost.

I see what your saying, but apparently the fine print saying speed will vary according to 3G coverage covers them. Yes, I know your complaint has nothing to do with data connectivity, just letting you know where the courts stand on the matter.

Oh I know. Subway doesn't get sued because the sandwhiches you get don't look like the ones on TV either. Same principal I suppose. But still.

I would like to go to Subway and get a sandwhich with water droplets on the lettuce for once.
