Did I hear somewhere that updates are sent to the phone over air now instead of using iTunes? Kind of like the Androids do or is that wrong information?

We've waited so long for the 4S jailbreak that by the time it comes out (if ever), I'll be buying the next generation iPhone. This is a little disappointing.

You should complain to Apple for making things so difficult...;)

They have been saying "soon" or "days away" and all that BS. I have almost given up.

It depends on your internet speed. I think it took me an hour to download it. It's over 800 MB.

Well, I'm on laptop, tethered to my iPhone via PDAnet burning up some of my unlimited data from AT&T. Just kidding.

I'm on a dsl connection via my router. I'll just wait it out.
