i accidentally upgraded from 1.0.2 to 1.1.2. Now i have downgraded my firmware version to 1.0.2 but my modem firmware still shows 4.02.13_G. which is a 1.1.2 modem firmware. can i just downgrade my modem firmware directly to 3.14.03_G or should i have to firt downgrade to 4.01.13-G and then to 3.14....?

You can downgrade it, but why not go back to 1.1.2? Everything is possible under 1.1.2, as long as you have bl 3.9, which it sounds like you have.

What is your iPhone's status or intended status...

Jailbreak?
Unlock? If yes, how?
OOTB version?
