Downgrading From 2.0 to 1.1.4

When I try to restore using "iPhone1,1_1.1.4_4A102_Restore" (By holding shift in iTunes and press restore) it always gives me and "error 20?" what is this?

That error is due to the fact that you are trying to restore using iTunes 7.7. You'll need to remove 7.7, install 7.5. Put your iPhone into DFU mode and restore. You'll need Pwnage or ZiPhone to get the iPhone out of DFU mode.

It's not quite that simple to downgrade to 1.1.4.

That is a step-by-step and it seems pretty intense.
It's really not that bad. Once you do a couple of procedures that are similair to that complexity, you get the hang of it.

I used to print out the directions and circle each step when I got to it and put an X through the circle when I did it, just to make sure I didn't miss anything.
