I jailbroak my phone, installed dream board, and sbsettings, both several times the issue is dream board will not install a launch icon and a sbsettings will launch but immediately turns off. Any help is appreciated

Those apps haven't been supported for years. You'll need to uninstall them. SBSettings doesn't have iOS 7 or 8 compatibilty. Use CCSettings instead. DreamBoard doesn't have iOS 6, 7 or 8 compatibilty. Use WinterBoard instead.

DreamBoard IS iOS 8 compatible. I use it to view my iPhone like a Mac looks.

Ah. The OP probably installed this one. It hasn't been updated since 2011.

Ohh probably. I didn't even search for it. I found the ability to switch to Mac on iPhone, and it explained where to get DreamBoard for iOS 8. It's pretty awesome having a Mac screen on iPhone and the sidebar works etc, but I only have it to show people the coolness of it.

Do you want an iOS theme that looks like OS X? iOS X Ultimatum was made back in 2011 and it still worked in 2012, but don't know if it was updated for iOS 8 or 9.
