Anyone know how to fix this? Anytime I send an email using iPhone, it takes that email that I just sent and brings it in the Inbox as a brand new mail. Annoying for sure.

What email service are you using?

Yah I'm assuming you are on Gmail. Apple is working on it. Gmail's servers are set up a bit strange to achieve that conversation feel from within Gmail. Messes with thirdparty apps though, like Mail.

Read the other threads here on workarounds. There is no way to totally fix it. You can make it stop by not allowing yourself to receive emails from yourself. If you ever need to send yourself an email, you won't be getting it anywhere but in your gmail account though.
