In case anyone cares. It adds no additional functionality; it just addresses certain network issues for users in China. (19)

I just found this out via Facebook. Out of needing to know this for new knowledge, when tweaks and themes say they are iOS 7.x.x ready, is this for sure?

All of the apps/tweaks that work on iOS 7.0.4 on the iPhone 5 should also work on 7.0.5.

Awesome. Thanks. I will most likely update. I love being on the latest firmware even if it doesn't change much. :p

Ruh ro...I click Mac OS and it takes me to MEGA, but does nothing. Nevermind...Chrome issue. Safari works.

Right now, iOS 7.0.5 isn't available for me...the excitement of updating is gone for now.

Don't you have a iPhone 5? 7.0.5 is only for the 5s/5c. Updating to 7.0.5 in the US is a waste of time. There aren't any bug fixes or features - it just corrects a networking provision in China. For those with a 5s/5c, it's fine to use it if they need to restore for some reason, but updating otherwise isn't necessary. They can also shift+restore to 7.0.4 since Apple is still signing it.

You're right. My memory is horrible. I do remember reading that iOS 7.0.5 is only for 5S/5C.

Don't feel bad. I panicked and updated my iPad 3 to 7.0.4 in case the signing window closed. Duh.

I was going to update my iPad 3 anyway (it was jailbroken on iOS 6.1), but I didn't need to hurry like I did.

Now I wish I had another device to test new OS on before jailbreaking my iPhone. I let my mom have iPad she got me due to the fact that I never used it.

You're right, but it'd still be nice to test other iOS jailbreaks out like when they first come out, before I mess up my iPhone haha. :p
Agreed, but when there is no benefit to doing it, I consider it a waste of time, and this is coming from a guy who will restore as new at the drop of a hat.

I meant big jailbreaks like iOS 7.1 when that time comes. But yeah, I don't usually restore as new. Backups are my friend-knock on wood.
