I don't notice it being down on the app. But either way, I'm tired of social media.

Gee whiz, just imagine if the whole internet went down for even a few minutes. Or, don't, depending on how fragile your psyche is. :D

If Facebook went down permanently, I'd be happy with that. No eternal cat pics, no people trying to force their beliefs and opinions on me, and no more onslaught of "news" stories that haven't been fact-checked in the least - aaaahhhhh.

I get tired of Eff B every once in a a while and deactivate my account. But then I let myself get sucked back in. It seems people have forgotten how to communicate except through THAT website.

Before I got my first iPhone and first Facebook account, something big would happen in the family. I would not know for a long time. When I found out, they would say. "It was on Facebook!". I'd say, "I don't have Facebook. But I have a flip phone!".
