Faulty downloads?

Can anyone tell me why I have this on my iPad Air 2?

It's stuck like this. Nothing is happening and I can't even edit it away. It seems stuck like this. There are even song there that I have never heard of???
And it's only on my iPad, not my iPhone 6.
Any suggestions?

Log out of iTunes on your iPad and then reboot and log back in.

Tried it Europa, with no luck. It's still the same.
Do you have anyone else sharing your account (Family Sharing)? If not, try syncing with iTunes on your computer. If that doesn't fix and they are still there in the morning, call Apple and ask to talk to an iTunes Specialist. They can remotely clear your download queue.

No one else on the account, no.
I had the same idea to sync with my laptop. I will give it a shot in the morning. Silly thing!

So....tried to sync with my laptop. No luck. Called the iTunes specialist. 2 and a half hours with the guy and even escalated to his higher up, tier 2 senior advisor. Guess what? No luck. At least nothing easy. His final suggestion was to format and reinstall " as new " . I really did not want to do that. I let him go saying I would do so later, which I MIGHT, but I had no more time to spend at the moment.
We'll see later on.
It's not really causing any other problem with the function of my iPad, so I may just leave it for now. I hate going through all that crap. It just bugs the hell out of me when something is just not perfect with my stuff!

I had an app download that wouldn't clear about six years ago. It was a large app and it would complete downloading only to start right back over, which resulted in a perpetual download of the 1 GB file. I could pause it, but there was no way to delete it, so I talked to an iTunes specialist and they were able to remove it from my downloads queue remotely. I guess they can't do that any more.

Yeah, I would leave it for a while and see if it eventually clears on its own. It's not worth restoring.

Had something like this, I fixed it by doing a restore from backup. I would at least try this first before a restore as new.

Backed up as new. Just finishing up reloading stuff. So far, so good.
Such a love/hate relationship I have with technology.
