Found International Keyboard on 1.1.1 iPhone

I'm sorry if this was already posted.

I succeed jailbreak my 1.1.1 iPhone yesterday night, and I found international option was in the "M68AP.plist"
But this option was set to false, so I changed to true.
Then I could found international option was activated under General setting.
FYI : M68AP.plist is under /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app

I took some screen shots, so I'm uploading here.

This looks awesome!

I have two questions:

1. What application did you use to change this file? I have used both Coda and SubEthaEdit and the file looks like total rubbish.

2. Do you have any clue where the keyboard files are located?

I'm interested in modifying one of them to fit in the Icelandic special charachters, Þ, Ð and Ý along with some more accented charachters.
