Remove springtomize and see if things clear up. The two maybe conflicting with each other.

Have you tried a hard reset? Pressing both home and sleep buttons, ignore the slide to power off. Rlease both when you see the Apple logo.

Hmmm... I haven't used used springtomize so I'm not sure here, but is there a way to hide icons with it? Installed any themes in winterboard?
Just thinking that you may have to either remove them one at a time to find the possible rouge theme, or remove any and all and start reinstalling one at a time. :(

Can you access the Contacts app through Spotlight? If so, check to see if it is hidden through SBSettings.

SBSettings > More > System Wide Options > Hide Icons > Contacts > On

It's a Cydia app. So I'm assuming you don't have it installed.

I've never used Springtomize. I've heard it's buggy. Can you hide apps through Springtomize? If so, reinstall it, see if you can unhide the app and then uninstall it. Otherwise, just access it through Spotlight.

No. They won't disappear. You could try that, but I'd try unhiding it with Springtomize first.

You could still try reinstalling it, hiding it, then unhiding it and seeing if it comes back.
