I want something that allows me to name the exercise, enter the weight and reps, and save the same of the exercise and associated info for the next workout. This pencil/notebook thing is so 2006. Any suggestions? A bonus would be some sort of chart/analytics of information input.

Yes, if you are on iPhone, iFitness is the best! They have an iPad app coming out next week if you are using an iPad so you might want to wait because it looks like it is not going to be a universal app.

Thanks to the only 2 people that seem to work out on these forums. :) I actually went right to the fitness section after posting, and bought that after reading the reviews. The thanks were given b/c at you provided helpful info. This app is really good.

That is a great price for this App. I have seen similar Apps go for at least $5.00. It is very thorough.

Does iFitness come with workout programs built in?

I'm using Fitness Builder right now.

There are a lot of built-in exercises that you can use to create a workout, but for me the key is the ability to enter your own, custom, exercises to be added to a workout because I'm using a TRX. It looks like it can do a lot for two bucks; seemed worth a try.

I love the app Lose it!, but I'm not sure how detailed it gets for # of reps and all that. It lets you record the basics, though, for sure.
