Anyone know why this would happen? I synced my iPhone 4 on iOS 5 yesterday and this song seems it won't play...

Never saw that before. Try playing it through Siri. And maybe you should resync.

I'd love to do your first suggestion, but no Siri on iPhone 4

Im having album artwork problems on 5.0 eric, lots of them are not showing. I'm going to try a re-sync to see if that fixes it.
Not the same problem I know, but I suggest you try the same thing.

re-syncing worked with the grayed out files. Benny, as far as art work goes, I've been having that problem pretty much since my first iPhone. it was either the artwork didn't show or was for the wrong file.

This is the first time for me, never had any problems, but hopefully a sync will fix mine too.

That's what I did with my iPad and it fixed it, so worth a try.

Greyed-out files are files that are either in the middle of syncing or were not fully synced.

the best way to fix the artwork issue is to remove all the music from your phone/ipod/ipad, make sure all the artwork in your iTunes is correct and you only have one image for each album, then resync the music back to your device. That, in theory, should do the trick.
