I've had to to replace my iPhone 5s. There was a bubble in the screen and the screen clicked in a certain place. When I called At&T about it I was forwarded to Apple support.
I had to use the mail in option as the closest retail store is in Anchorage and I'm in North Pole Ak. The only Apple store in Fairbanks is a specialist store they just repair it's not a retail store.
The representative was great. I received a fed ex box in the mail to put my damaged phone in and postage was paid for by Apple.
The only thing I had problems with is it happened twice. The first time I sent it in for repairs Apple concluded that a replacement was in order. I was thrilled for about 20 minutes.
The phone they sent me crashes. The screen turns blue turns off then back on. So I had to call Apple again. Once again I received. Fed ex box to ship it back to Apple for repairs. I received a replacement that works this time.
I'm glad snd lucky that Apple warranty covered the problem it would have been expensive if I had to do it out of my own pocket.

That's odd that you've gotten two phones with bubbles in the screen. I don't think I've ever seen this on the screen itself - I've just seen it on screen protectors. Can you post a picture of the bubble?

What portion/area of the screen clicks and how far can you depress it?
