What problems in particular are you referring to? It would help this thread if you cited specific problems with your iPhone.
I've had my iPhone for a month and a half and the only problem is the occasional kickout to the homescreen from Safari. It usually happens when I'm surfing on the EDGE network and the page can't draw fast enough before I start to navigate.
i haven't gotten a response but i think that they just use the email system for this so they know what they need to work on and what we would like to see in an update. how else would they find out this info? if we take it to an Apple store the employees arent gonna be able to contact Apple unless they save this info on their computers or something. if you have a specific question about the phone, and need help fixing something, i suggest you ask it on this website(everythingiPhone) or go to an Apple store and ask a genius there.
