Can you use Cydia at all? If not, you may have a busted jailbreak.

Your phone is jailbroken. Try rebooting it. If it still doesn't work, post a screenshot of the error screen you get in Cydia when you try to download. It could be a problem with the source.

That website you posted a Safari screenshot of is a scam.

Open Cydia, stay on the home tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and take a screenshot for me.

I meant the very bottom of the page, where it lists your version of Cydia. You need to scroll down more to see it.

But I can already tell that your version of Cydia outdated. Go to the Changes tab and click on upgrade in the upper right corner.

Yeah, it's looking like this might be a fake Cydia icon. What's that Jailbreak icon with the lock that's next to Cydia on your screenshot you posted earlier in this thread? Did you jailbreak this phone? What did you use to jailbreak?

Please scroll to the bottom of the page under the Cydia tab and post a screenshot of the page showing the version number. Then go to the Installed and Changes tabs, and post screenshots of them as well.
