    Hello.

New iPhone 4S - replaced 2 weeks ago because of a black screen.

Today, iMessage just stopped working and facetime as well.

Any app that I have that uses push messages keeps telling me to sign into iTunes. I have signed in and out several times in the last 5 hours trying to fix this. I don't understand.

I've had to put in my wifi password and all my email passwords as well. Not sure what happened... Just out of the blue.

iMessage and facetime just say "waiting to activate". Nothing else.

Whjen I go to "find my iPhone", it can't locate me and shows grey - not blue as normal.

I've tried to restore from a back up, but iTunes says my phone doesn't have enough memory.

Of course, going away tomorrow and need imessage to work...

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

So this phone wasn't restored from a backup of the old one?

Try rebooting to see if iMessages activates.

Yes, the phone was restored from a back up of my old phone. The phone has been flawless since then until 7pm tonight when this "just happened".

I have rebooted the phone numerous times - hard reset (home and top- button).

    Reset network settings

Turned on and off and back on the clock settings.

    Tried the 8.8.8.8 wifi settings

Nothing has worked. When I go into imessage or facetime, it just says that it's waiting form activation. Nothing else.

Not sure why it can't find my phone either...

    Ever see this?
