Hi, I tried to change my slider color today and followed all instructions but instead got error messages. Now I have no slider button at all! I've changed my home icons and carrier logo already. So what am I doing wrong? How do I get a slider button back whether the old one or new one? Please help!

Drag and drop "bottombarknobgray.png" in this directory (using Manzana)
/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app

If you're using iPhoneInterface, it would look like this
cd /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app
putfile System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/bottombarknobgray.png

Restart the phone. You should now see your slider.

I hope this helps you out.:laugh2:

You didn't do anything wrong. I mistyped the file name.:( Sorry. I corrected it. This will get you going..

cd /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app
putfile System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/bottombarknobgray.png
