Correct. The best way to get iOS 7 beta is to sign up for a developer account, which is $99 a year. The developer site is mobbed right now, so I don't even think it's a possibility until maybe later tonight.

yes, you have to be a developer or be a registered beta tester with a developer.

beta for iPhone only is available today. iPad betas will be coming "in weeks".

Yep, I've been trying to login since the keynote ended and it just won't budge!

So I am an enterprise developer and I can get to the site, but the iOS 7 area is grayed out. Anyone know if the beta is only available for consumer developers?

Enterprise should cover Safari, Mac, and iOS. That's strange that it would be greyed out (I think).

Well at the top it says:

ANNOUNCEMENT: Updated Program License Agreement

The license agreement for the iOS Developer Program has been posted for {Account Owners Name} to review and accept on behalf of your team. Acceptance of this agreement is required to maintain team access to certain development resources.
The account is up for renewal - does our account owner just need to renew maybe?

Do you have to be a developer or can you just say you are?
