OK, I'm a bit of a newbie to the whole iPhone/iTunes/Apple world and this forum. This may already be addressed but do I need a 3rd party program to transfer a music file I created that is on my iPhone 4 back to iTunes ? FYI ~ it used to be in iTunes but was deleted somehow.

I use iPod copy master to pull music from my iPhone to my pc. My wife lost her library when her hard drive died and iPod copy master works well. I think it was $20, not sure if there is any free software out there that you can use.

Yes. Will pull from any iDevice.

There is a free program called ipodgrab or something. Roof monkey will know the name for sure.
