The second photo is showing my available widgets compare to the first photo with many widgets
You have to download the apps of those you want the widgets. Not all apps have widgets. Go to the App Store and enter "widget apps" in the search bar. Then scroll down to find apps with widgets.

I may be wrong, but I think that what the OP wants to ask is how does he include widgets from apps he already has that support them in the Noticication Center. If that is indeed his question, here's my answer:

Disclaimer: I'm cutting and pasting the following from this article.

"You can rearrange, add, or remove any of these by scrolling all the way to the bottom of the list, tapping Edit, and then dragging them to a new order, or pressing the plus and minus icons to add or remove widgets from your list."

And here is a somewhat lengthier, step-by-step guide to doing it:

He needs the apps before he can add them. I think he expected to see more in the list at the bottom. Not that many apps offer the widgetry. I just made up a word.

Yes you are right, for example there is widget for Favorite Numbers that I can't see it if I click on edit and as I attached the screen shots for my list under edit and another published one with many widgets.

Do you think you could rephrase this? I'm not sure I follow.

Please PM me if you feel more comfortable writing in Spanish, French or Italian, and I understand those languages fairly well and I might be better able to help you if we write to each other in one of those languages.

Just noticed that the "Edit" button under Notifications Center disappeared!!!!!
Have you tried a hard reset? Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release. See if that works.

What I understood that these are Apple widgets and not third party application. Can anybody list what supposed to be available as standard as what I have without installing any third party application is as per the attached screen shot.

If you use the notification without unlocking your phone it will not show the edit option. It has to be unlocked to show it.

As I have already suggested, go to the App Store and type "Widget Apps" in the search bar. It will show you many apps that have widgets. Most are 3rd party apps. Not all the stock apps have widgets. Stocks, Weather, Reminders, Calendar. That's it for the stock apps. But there's some good 3rd Party apps. Many free.

A few good ones:

Widget by WayDC
https://appsto.re/us/pAXd2.i

Wdgts - A Collection of Awesome Notification Center Widgets by Tanmay Sonawane
https://appsto.re/us/ObQM2.i

The Weather Channel and weather.com - local forecasts, radar, and storm tracking by The Weather Channel Interactive
https://appsto.re/us/9tZNr.i

Favorites Widget by Guy Gubi
https://appsto.re/us/IeXn2.i

ESPN SportsCenter by ESPN
https://appsto.re/us/aid7s.i

Use the search bar in the App Store.
